Mr. Kabza has worked as an estimator
since 1970, specializing in real and
personal property claims. He is a
graduate of Erie County Technical
Institute with a degree in Civil
Engineering.
Donald Powers
Prior to beginning his career in
estimating in 1982, Mr. Powers owned
and operated his own construction
company. He attended Monroe
Community College, specializing in
Fire Protection Technology.
Donald C. Simmons, Sr.
Mr Simmons joined the public
adjusting profession in 1968.
His expertise encompasses many areas,
including machinery and equipment,
and personal property. Previously he
was employed as an Inventory Specialist
with Underwriters Salvage Company.
Donald C. Simmons, Jr.
Mr. Simmons has an extensive history
in commercial construction as well as
carpentry. He has a strong background
in specialized contents appraisals.
Janine Jackson
Prior to her career in estimating, Ms.
Jackson specialized in merchandise and
customer service. She attended SUNY Brockport and majored in Psychology.

Barbara A. Carson
Mrs. Carson has a background as an
accounting professional and graduated
from SUNY Brockport with a B.A. in
Accounting.
Dana L. Aliberti
Mrs. Giambrone joined the estimating
field in 1999. Prior to that, she worked
with Atlas Van Lines, supervising
inventory management control.
Kevin Watson
Mr. Watson graduated from the Vale
Institute of Technology in Arlington,
Texas and is certified as a specialist
in Residential Building Damage
Estimates.
Anna Foderaro
Ms. Foderaro attended college in
Canada and the University of Perugia in
Rome, Italy. She has completed
studies in economics, marketing and
Italian literature.
Ann C. Gertner
Ms. Gertner completed her B.A. in
Business Administration at Beaver
College in Glenside, Pennsylvania.
Her expertise lies in high volume retail
environments.

Sean O'Mara
Mr. O'Mara joined the estimating field with the NFA in 1989. Prior to that, he did some commercial estimating and worked construction for several
years.
James A. Fortune
Mr. Fortune served with the
Metropolitan Insurance Co. before
joining NFA in 1977 as an estimator. He
has extensive experience in preparing
appraisals of major commercial and
residential claims. He is a graduate of
SUNY Buffalo.
Joseph F. Ventura
Mr. Ventura has experience in
analyzing losses for the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban
Development. He has completed
extensive training in residential and
commercial appraisals, including
Marshall Swift.
David W. Perkins
Mr. Perkins join the estimating field with NFA in 2005. Prior to that he own his owned business and has been in the residential and commercial building construction field for sixteen years.
